Tito's Handmade Vodka is looking for an ambitious Marketing Supply Chain Coordinator to drive efficiency, quality and seamless communication for our integral point of sale pipeline. The role supports vendor management, price tracking, documenting quality assurance, and acting as a main point of internal customer service for logistics operations across the company’s fulfilment process.

The role will be responsible for supporting the HQ Marketing Supply Chain team with Point-of-Sale (POS) development, procurement, inventory management, operations, and fulfilment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills with experience in building and executing enterprise-level processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Logistics & Workstream Coordination:

  • Support the trafficking of logistics, merchandise, and POS production projects, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external partners to ensure updates are delivered and timelines are met. Ex. Asana, Status Documents, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics for samples and finalized marketing materials, including shipping, receiving, and fulfilment through Vernon & HQ warehouse facilities.
  • Support vendor communication to confirm specifications, delivery schedules, and resolve operational issues
  • Assist in Pre-Order and Bulk Buying processes, building out Pre-Order windows and individual items in BrandHub sales ordering portal
  • Assist in the formal documentation of processes and workflows across the marketing supply chain ecosystem

Administrative and Systems Support:

  • Monitor and facilitate customer service (Sales) needs, questions and requests regarding BrandHub and Vernon inventory, shipping, tracking and forecasting
  • Actively track, consolidate and share status updates, meeting notes and actionable next steps from Marketing Supply Chain discussions
  • BrandHub ordering platform management, reviewing and approving Ad Hoc and On Demand POS orders multiple times daily, adding new users or adjusting system budget details
  • Sweepstakes Fulfilment Process through BrandHub and Vernon
  • Invoice submissions and Purchase Order processing across all workstreams to ensure timely vendor payments
  • Manage travel and expense (T&E) budget effectively and on time

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or marketing operations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools
  • Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating across teams and vendors
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in logistics and administrative tasks
  • 5-10% travel
