The Marketplace Implementation Manager I is responsible for the configuration and project management of a Marketplace Onboarding. The Marketplace Implementation Manager collaborates with the Marketplace Enterprise Feed Manager and Product Data Analyst to syndicate optimized data within the Feedonomics UI to downstream Marketplace channels. The Implementation Manager also collaborates with clients to integrate with FeedAMP, and manages FeedAMP order-testing and go-live. configuring, optimizing, and transforming retailer product data to meet the unique requirements of individual marketplace platforms. The Implementation Manager will collaborate closely with clients to communicate technical requirements, guide them through onboarding, and support a smooth product listing and order fulfillment process. Success in this role requires a calm, solution-oriented approach, strong project management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences while adhering to Feedonomics and marketplace best practices.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the onboarding of new marketplace channels by documenting optimization requirements, product assortment filters, channel-specific rules, and feed schedules in alignment with best practices

  • Ensure accurate completion of Data Review and Onboarding Form

  • Effectively collaborate with Product Data Analyst to build feeds to specification within SLA

  • Effectively manage client expectations by providing regular updates and timely responses to inquiries and requests through Feedsupport

  • Maintain accurate architecture documentation of work completed and ensure all open requests are updated accordingly

  • Advise clients on FeedAMP and facilitate successful order testing and transition to production

  • Manage support for clients listing on all standard channels like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Tik Tok

  • Manage and prioritize tasks across various channels, including the ticketing system, email, and other workflows

  • Consistently meet deadlines and deliverables set by direct managers and team leads

  • Leverage internal tools and resources in alignment with company policies and standard operating procedures

  • Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uphold a high standard of service delivery

Who You Are:
  • 3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace integration, feed management, or technical project implementation

  • Strong understanding of marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target+, eBay, and others

  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of SQL, XML, or HTML

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams, and to clearly document requirements and deliverables

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot data issues, identify patterns, and propose scalable solutions

  • Client-focused attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical, operations, and support teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field required (or equivalent experience)

(Pay Transparency Range: $54,000-$90,000)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
