This is a remote position.

We are looking for a specialized Manhattan Active WM & Order (MAWM/MAO) Configuration Consultant with hands-on experience completing native configurations between Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) and Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).

This is a specialized role focused on the native MAWM–MAO integration/configuration, and is not an MIF (Manhattan Integration Framework) development role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on environments where MAWM is already live and MAO is being introduced later, including configuring and validating the native communication and integration between the two Manhattan Active products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support native MAWM–MAO integration within the Manhattan Active platform.
  • Work with existing MAWM production environments and support the introduction/implementation of MAO.
  • Configure the required native connections, interfaces, services, and integration points between MAWM and MAO.
  • Understand the end-to-end flow of orders, inventory, fulfillment, shipment, and related transactions between MAO and MAWM.
  • Analyze existing MAWM configuration and determine the required changes to support MAO.
  • Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of MAWM–MAO flows.
  • Work closely with Manhattan product/implementation teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams during implementation.
  • Troubleshoot issues across the MAO and MAWM applications and identify configuration-level solutions.
  • Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, cutover, and production stabilization.
  • Document configurations, integration flows, dependencies, and technical procedures.
Required Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).
  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).
  • Direct experience configuring the native MAWM ↔ MAO integration is mandatory.
  • Experience implementing or integrating MAO into an existing/live MAWM environment is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of MAWM and MAO functional and technical architecture.
  • Strong understanding of order, inventory, fulfillment, shipment, and warehouse transaction flows.
  • Experience troubleshooting MAWM/MAO integration and configuration issues.
  • Experience working with Manhattan Active environments through implementation, testing, and go-live.
Important – This Is NOT an MIF Role

MIF experience alone will not meet the requirement.

Candidates should have specifically worked on native MAWM–MAO configuration/integration, typically in scenarios where MAWM was already implemented and MAO was subsequently brought live.

Candidates who have only worked on:

  • Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF)
  • Generic MAWM integrations
  • External system integrations with MAWM
  • MAO without MAWM experience
  • MAWM without direct MAO integration experience
