Summary We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide application solutions.
This role requires mix of technical thought leadership, strategic thinking with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and ensure seamless system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead technical projects, guiding development teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Explain complex integration concepts to different business & IT stakeholders in simple language.
Solution Design & Development
Oversee the design and development of application solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices
Design Patterns:
Have good knowledge & experience of different iPaaS capabilities and integrating with industry leading enterprise tools.
Solution Development
Develop detailed integration solutions, POCs for different software stacks that meet business requirements including data mapping, configuring connectors, and scripting where necessary.
Technical Expertise
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in leading and emerging GenAI technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team.
Hands-on Development
Actively contribute to application development, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.
Technology Governance
Establish standards and guidelines for software development, integration, and application architecture to ensure consistency and maintainability.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all technical solutions adhere to quality standards, including performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Documentation
Maintain up-to-date documentation of integration processes, systems, and solutions, ensuring clarity and ease of maintenance
Support & operations
Has experience integrating with enterprise leading Observability, monitoring, alerting tools and platforms. And guiding developers to design & create appropriate analytical reports, dashboards.
Collaboration
Work closely with other architects, developers, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of integration solutions.
Compliance
Ensure all solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent engineering discipline
10+ years of experience in application development, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
5+ years of experience driving architecture initiatives across an enterprise.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and CI/CD practices.
Expertise in advanced database programming, including SQL optimization, indexing, query tuning, and performance diagnostics.
Experience with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and API management.
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams while driving strategic initiatives.
