The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and delivery-focused Associate Project Manager / Scrum Master to support large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) programs ($2.5M+). This hybrid role drives Agile execution, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and manages project coordination activities to improve delivery efficiency, team productivity, and program success. The role enables Project Managers to focus on financials, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.

Essential Functions

Agile / Scrum Leadership

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Drive sprint execution discipline and Agile best practices
  • Ensure backlog readiness with Product Owners and Solution Architects
  • Identify and remove blockers; escalate risks as needed
  • Track and report sprint performance metrics

Project Coordination & PMO Support

  • Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog and dashboards
  • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies
  • Prepare inputs for status reporting and executive updates
  • Capture meeting notes and track action items

Delivery Enablement

  • Improve delivery efficiency and team coordination
  • Ensure alignment across business and technical teams
  • Support Plan, Build, Test, and Deploy phases

Success Metrics

  • Improved sprint completion rates
  • High-quality backlog and ADO hygiene
  • Timely RAID tracking and resolution
  • Positive stakeholder feedback

Skills & Competencies

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years in project coordination or Scrum Master roles
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE) Implementations/ Projects is a MUST
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with enterprise software implementations (ERP/CRM preferred)
  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Consulting or client-facing experience
  • Understanding of PMO governance
