Job Summary
- Lead targeted change communications, email campaigns, newsletters, and supplier communications for VMS transitions
- Develop, update, and maintain VMS documentation including QRGs and role-based job aids
- Design, deliver, and maintain live and recorded training, office hours, and enablement materials
- Support UAT, readiness assessments, feedback analysis, and go-live preparation
- Lead 30-day post-go-live hypercare, track adoption metrics, and resolve stabilization
- Support data management and readiness activities, including collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate supplier contact data to enable change communications, and supporting system data clean-up efforts in preparation for VMS implementations
- Self-starter who shows solid initiative and ability to work independently with little direction while exercising good judgment
- Curious mind/problem solver that has a desire to improve the world around them and is willing to go the extra mile
- Ability to work with ambiguous directions and make progress on goals despite ambiguity
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience leading change management for a VMS implementation or optimization
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale MSP, VMS, or enterprise system transformations
- Strong background in change communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience supporting UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with VNDLY, Fieldglass and/or Beeline preferred
