Job Summary

  • Lead targeted change communications, email campaigns, newsletters, and supplier communications for VMS transitions
  • Develop, update, and maintain VMS documentation including QRGs and role-based job aids
  • Design, deliver, and maintain live and recorded training, office hours, and enablement materials
  • Support UAT, readiness assessments, feedback analysis, and go-live preparation
  • Lead 30-day post-go-live hypercare, track adoption metrics, and resolve stabilization
  • Support data management and readiness activities, including collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate supplier contact data to enable change communications, and supporting system data clean-up efforts in preparation for VMS implementations

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience leading change management for a VMS implementation or optimization
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale MSP, VMS, or enterprise system transformations
  • Strong background in change communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience supporting UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Experience with VNDLY, Fieldglass and/or Beeline preferred
