Realtor.com is seeking a National Account Director to join our New Homes sales team and help grow revenue, deepen builder relationships, and drive strategic execution across a portfolio of national homebuilder accounts. This role works across sales, media, support, analytics, product, and leadership teams to help customers improve performance, solve problems, and expand their partnership with Realtor.com. This is a Remote-based position, with the selected candidate able to sit anywhere in the US.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of national homebuilder relationships, leading recurring corporate and division-level business reviews focused on performance, pricing, media, and content quality.
  • Build trusted customer relationships and serve as a strategic partner who understands each builder’s business goals, organizational structure, market challenges, and growth priorities.
  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations that improve lead volume, click-through rate, listing quality, and competitive position.
  • Present Realtor.com products, programs, and opportunities in a way that helps customers make smart decisions around media, content, lead generation, and emerging solutions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities including incremental budgets, new divisions, product pilots, renewals, and longer-term strategic commitments.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Builder Support, Media, Sales Builder, Analytics, Product, and Operations to launch programs, solve customer issues, and keep accounts moving forward.
  • Manage operational follow-through across recaps, change orders, tracker updates, feed issues, listing quality fixes, cancellations, and customer communications.
  • Help customers navigate digital marketing best practices including creative strategy, landing pages, evergreen email content, promotion strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally by surfacing product feedback, market shifts, reporting needs, and operational pain points to the right internal teams.
  • Contribute to broader New Homes team initiatives, leadership planning, and strategic programs that support category growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Proven success in account management, sales, or business development with complex or multi-location customers.
  • Experience managing national, enterprise, or large regional accounts with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels, including executive and C-suite contacts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into business recommendations and customer-facing stories.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to solve customer issues and move work through internal teams.
  • Strong organization and prompt follow-through, with the ability to manage many moving pieces across a large account portfolio.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving remote environment and managing customer relationships across markets.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience in new homes, real estate, homebuilder marketing, digital media, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, preparation, communication quality, or account strategy is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
