Our Opportunity

This role requires you to maintain and expand relationships with our national customers, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth. The successful candidate will take a holistic sales approach in securing both enterprise agreements with assigned client accounts while simultaneously driving regional adoption and demand across those national portfolios.

What you'll do:

  • Actively drive growth, by farming existing national account relationships through dedicated relationship management and hunting for new expansion opportunities, in ensuring all needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to implement strategies to expand existing partnerships, both horizontally and vertically, within the customer's organization.
  • Troubleshoot any customer issues and liaise with the appropriate departments within our company to find swift and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure our offerings meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on account status to the sales leadership team, including challenges, opportunities, and risks.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide routine updates to current clients about our services.
  • Participate in the development of proposals, presentations, and product/service demonstrations for existing clients, while effectively speaking to the value of the service being offered.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions that may affect our customer relationships and business strategies.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in a PropTech, SaaS, or commercial real estate technology environment.
  • Experience working within the multifamily industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage large, diverse customer portfolios, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.
