Job overview

Omada is entering an important phase of growth and evolution — expanding our reach across the employer market, deepening relationships with strategic distribution partners, and continuing to evolve our offerings across cardiometabolic health, GLP-1 care, and other chronic conditions. We are seeking an accomplished Director, Employer Sales - National Accounts  to lead this next chapter of growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you will own the National Accounts business and be accountable for delivering new business Contract Lives and bookings across our largest employer segment. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role combining business ownership, go-to-market strategy, enterprise selling, organizational leadership, and cross-functional influence — you'll build a predictable, scalable employer sales engine while helping shape how Omada competes and wins in a rapidly evolving healthcare market.

Your Impact

Own Employer Sales Growth

  • Own new business Covered/Contract Lives and bookings across employer segments, translating company growth priorities into clear strategy, targets, and execution.
  • Building immediate credibility with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), VPs of Benefits, and Chief Financial Officers (CFOs).
  • Partner tightly with Product, Clinical, Marketing, Customer Success, Payer, Consulting Relations, Legal, and Finance to align on strategy, and translate customer insight into product and clinical priorities.
  • Build a predictable, scalable growth engine with strong discipline across pipeline, conversion, forecasting, sales cycles, and rep productivity.
  • Balance near-term performance with long-term growth, making thoughtful tradeoffs across segments, channels, talent, and investment.

Shape Employer Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Serve as a senior voice of the employer market, bringing buyer, competitive, benefits, and healthcare economics insights into Omada's commercial strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Payer on ICP, territory design, segmentation, and channel strategy across employers, health plans, PBMs, and the consultant/broker channel.
  • Evolve segmentation, account coverage, sales motions, channel strategy, value proposition, pricing, and packaging to improve market fit and growth.
  • Partner across Marketing, Product, Clinical, Design, and Commercial Operations to align Omada's offerings and investments to the highest-value opportunities.

Lead Strategic Customers and Channels

  • Build trusted executive relationships with priority employers and C-suite buyers, and personally support the most complex, high-value deals and negotiations.
  • Coach Sales Directors and Account Executives on deal strategy, executive engagement, competitive positioning, and close planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to navigate major national brokerages and advisory firms (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon, Lockton), positioning our product so these key influencers actively recommend you to their employer clients.
  • Staying ahead of employer trends, such as the rise of GLP-1 weight-loss medication management, competitor point solutions, and navigation/advocacy platforms.

Build a High-Performing Sales Organization

  • Lead, develop, and retain Account Executives across the National Accounts segment.
  • Build a strong leadership bench, clear accountability, and the organizational structure and coverage model required to scale.
  • Create a culture of high performance, learning, collaboration, and customer focus, evolving the organization as the market and business change.

Drive Enterprise Alignment

  • Bring the voice of the employer market into product, clinical, customer experience, and commercial decisions.
  • Partner across Product, Clinical, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Payer, and Commercial Operations to remove barriers to growth and strengthen the full customer lifecycle.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for Omada's leadership team.

About you

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales or commercial leadership, including significant experience leading leaders and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
  • Deep experience selling complex healthcare, health technology, benefits, or adjacent solutions to large employers and sophisticated healthcare buyers.
  • Strong knowledge of the employer healthcare ecosystem, including consultants, brokers, health plans, PBMs, and strategic distribution partners.
  • Proven success closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and building trusted relationships with C-suite buyers.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, develop strong Account Executives, and make sound decisions across talent, performance, and organizational design.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and cross-functional influence, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment.
  • Experience in digital health, virtual care, population health, benefits technology, health plans, healthcare services, or adjacent healthcare technology.
  • Experience in chronic condition management, cardiometabolic health, GLP-1 care, or other high-value healthcare categories.

Bonus Points for

  • Deep operating knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales methodology—or a comparable enterprise sales qualification and deal-management framework—with the ability to embed it into pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, and team execution.
  • An established network of executive-level relationships across the benefits, consulting, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) sectors.
  • Demonstrated success improving talent outcomes, productivity metrics, and pipeline performance within organizations generating approximately $300 million to $1 billion in annual revenue.
  • A proven, balanced “art and science” approach to developing talent, using both strong leadership judgment and data-driven performance practices to build high-performing teams and environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Employee stock purchasing plan (ESPP)
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • ...and more!

About Omada Health: Omada Health (Nasdaq: OMDA) is reverse engineering the way healthcare is delivered in America, putting the space between doctor visits–where health is won or lost–at the center of care. Today's healthcare system poorly serves chronic conditions that require ongoing support outside of the exam room, like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and musculoskeletal conditions. Omada’s virtual-first model combines human-led care teams, connected devices, and AI-enabled technology to deliver personalized care at scale, including support for GLP-1 therapy. Omada has served more than two million members since launch across 2,000+ employers, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and health systems. Learn more at omadahealth.com.
