Lead backend C#/.NET services development (not web apps) in an onsite/offshore model. Build Web APIs, self-hosted Windows services using OWIN, implement multithreading and GC-aware designs, work with SQL Server, and optionally integrate messaging systems and Aerospike. Participate in design, documentation, Agile/Scrum processes, and coordinate teams.

This is for C# lead in Austin. Should have excellent communication skills and worked in an onsite/offshore model. Technical requirements are as below:
- Remember it is not web application development – it is backend services dev work.
- Min experience requested 7+ yrs.
- Mandatory (in addition to basic skills like OOPS, code quality, agile, scrums, jira, communication, self-driven, attitude usage etc.)
- .Net / C# (backend service development)
- Multithreading
- Garbage collection.
- Web API creation.
- Self-hosted services
- Windows services
- OWIN: Open web interface for .net
- SQL server
- For TL: Design experience (design patterns, practical hands-on design experience, design documentation etc.)
- Optional (nice to have):
- Rabbit MQ / Ultra Messaging / IBM MQ
- Aerospike
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
