Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite Architect to lead design and optimization across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. This role ensures scalability and alignment with global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own NetSuite architecture across finance and operations

  • Design scalable ERP solutions

  • Lead customization and optimization efforts

  • Define system architecture and integrations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements

  • Ensure alignment with accounting and payroll processes

  • Oversee integrations with enterprise systems

  • Establish governance and best practices

  • Support upgrades and performance tuning

  • Ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of ERP experience with NetSuite expertise

  • Experience in supply chain and manufacturing

  • Understanding of accounting and financial operations

  • Experience with international operations

  • Experience with payroll integrations

  • Knowledge of SuiteScript and integrations

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Occasional standing and walking within the office

  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment  

  • Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports

  • Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies

  • Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)
