As an Associate Director, you will lead client delivery for Private Equity-backed clients, providing NetSuite expertise and mentoring teams while ensuring project success.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams and developing junior team members, and participating in business development activities. What You'll Do:
- Serve clients across the "Office of the CFO" at private equity portfolio companies specializing in Software and Technology industry by evaluating current practices and providing recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting, finance, and operations functions
- Provide expert advice and guidance to private equity-owned portfolio companies on inventory management strategies, operational efficiency, and financial performance
- Act as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance to both project teams and clients
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including NetSuite consultants, Private Equity consultant, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goals
- Help companies to operationalize US-GAAP compliant accounting policies and best-in-class month-end close procedures
- Work with your project team to design, implement, and optimize standard NetSuite to help management teams better understand product level profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio company representatives and Private Equity sponsors, collaborating with CrossCountry team members to scope, clarify, and deliver excellent client service
- Actively participate in business development opportunities and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunities
- Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
- Regularly meet with team members to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and assess the need for additional resources
- Guide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies to ensure a smooth and effective transition
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
What You'll Bring:
- Experience delivering to middle-market Private Equity Sponsors and their portfolio companies with at least 5 years of experience leading and managing NetSuite implementations, NetSuite assessments, and NetSuite-related roadmap
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
- Experience in financial management reports across a variety of key metrics including ARR, bookings, and headcount, comparing current actual and year-to-date performance with prior year results, forecasts, and budgeted results.
- Extensive end-to-end implementation experience within the NetSuite standard and advanced ARM module and Suitebilling, including revenue allocation and fair value
- Thorough understanding of NetSuite’s subscriptions, billing accounts, invoicing processes and Pricebook
- Data migration (Billing Account, Price Plan, Subscription Plan, Price Book, Subscription Event Revenue Recognition)
- Familiarity with other billing solutions such as Zone Billing
- Strong experience with strategizing integration between NetSuite and other business application systems and data warehouse
- Software / SaaS industry experience
- Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
- Experience collaborating with Controller group and accounting team, including fluent knowledge of the main elements and drivers of income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or related area of study from an accredited university
- 9+ years’ experience in professional services
- NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent experience preferred
