About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Network Administrator to support enterprise network operations, security, and infrastructure sustainment within an integrated IT environment. The role requires strong expertise in routing, switching, wireless, and network security, with working knowledge of cloud, ICAM, and system integration.


What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless, firewall integration).
  • Perform network configuration, deployment, administration, and lifecycle sustainment.
  • Administer LAN/WAN connectivity, including VLANs, routing protocols, and segmentation.
  • Configure and maintain network access controls (ACLs, VPNs, TACACS, RADIUS, 802.1x).
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain network monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
  • Implement and sustain network security controls in accordance with STIGs, NIST, and Zero Trust requirements.
  • Support ICAM integration (Okta, Azure AD) to enforce authentication and access policies.
  • Provide Tier III escalation support for network incidents and outages.
  • Maintain configuration baselines, documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
  • Support network engineering, upgrades, and infrastructure deployments.
  • Participate in on-call support to ensure availability and continuity of operations.


Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of network administration experience
  • DoD IAT Level I (Security+) or higher
  • Strong expertise in enterprise networking and security
  • Familiarity with cloud networking and ICAM solutions
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications (Cisco CCNA/CCNP or similar)
