Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy.

T1 Energy is looking to hire an Office Manager to help keep our Austin headquarters running the way it should: organized, efficient, and one step ahead. This isn't a role for someone who's spent decades managing large corporate offices. It's a role for someone earlier in their career who has worked in lean, high-standard environments where things are done right, details matter, and there's no room for loose ends.

You've built your experience in laces that ran tight ships, smaller organizations where everyone was accountable, expectations were high, and the bar for quality was non-negotiable. You know what a well-run office looks and feels like because you've helped build one. Now you're ready to bring that same energy to one of the most exciting companies in American manufacturing.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the T1 Energy Austin office, keeping it organized, stocked, functional, and running smoothly at all times.

  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, facilities, equipment, and services, negotiating, coordinating, and following up without being asked.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for office-related needs across the team, resolving issues quickly and quietly.

  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, team events, and visitor experiences, ensuring everything is in place before it needs to be.

  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires including workspace setup., supplies, and day-one readiness.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and vendor documentation in an organized, accessible way.

  • Identify what's not working and fix it proactively, without waiting for direction.

Who You Are

  • Organized in a way that comes naturally; your systems make sense, your follow-through is consistent, and nothing gets forgotten.

  • Someone who has worked in a demanding, buttoned-up environment and thrived in it.

  • Stable and committed, you build expertise in places you work rather than moving on before you've made an impact.

  • Resourceful and self-sufficient.

  • Calm and steady when the office gets busy or chaotic, because it will.

  • Professional and personable, with a high standard for how a workplace should look, feel, and function.

  • Someone who takes pride in the details others overlook.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in an office management, operations, or administrative role.

  • Background in a smaller, high-standards, or operationally demanding environment is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated stability and tenure in previous roles; we value people who commit and grow where they are.

  • Strong organizationally skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating facilities or office services.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A proactive, solutions oriented mindset and a high personal standard for quality.

The T1 Way

We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect. We also have a no-jerks policy: we don't tolerate big egos, bad behavior or "that's not my job attitude". Be sharp, be honest, be human. If you can hold the line and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right in.

T1 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristics.
