The Office Support Staff performs assigned clerical/secretarial duties as assigned by the Corporate Office Business Manager in order to support the day to day operations of the Victoria Corporate Office with a high level of internal and external customer service.

Daily Functions: 

  • Provide administrative assistance to Corporate Staff.
  • Answer in bound phone calls and assist with answering questions or transferring to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Assist the Corporate Office Manager with developing, organizing, implementing and directing day-to-day functions, programs and activities.
  • Update the resource calendar with meetings and conference rooms that are scheduled by other consultants, department heads and executives.   Also update calendar with employee birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Update contacts as directed and with new employee information.
  • Assist with online catering orders and deliveries.
  • Greet visitors. 
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

The Office Assistant must be qualified by training and experience, and capable of making mature judgments to assure that a successful, viable, administrative program is always maintained.  A strong computer software background, including Microsoft Office, is mandatory.
