Job Description

• To get customers to submit the relevant income documents and to verify them before submitting for processing.
• To handle both customers enquiries & complaints and reply to them in timely manner.
• Follow up with the processing team to get the status update
• Gathering proper documentation for credit limit review
• Able to handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence
• Must be competent in handling various customer’s objections
• Able to work in a fast and multi-tasking environment
• Cross-sell personal Loan and fund transfer to customers

Requirements:

• Preferrable with experience in tele sales n in banking
• Able to conduct cold calling with confidence
• Strong sales ethics and good service mindset
