What this position entails

IntelliScript’s Operations team has been a key part of our success and remains critical to our future. Sitting at the hub of our divisions, including IT, Data Analytics, Customer Relations, Sales, and Product teams. The Operations team ensures seamless collaboration across the company. What you will be doing

The key areas of responsibility in the Operations Analyst role are:

  • Manage and execute tasks for operations projects including security and client updates
  • Train and serve as backup for other operational tasks and teams including client support
  • Use generative AI or other technology to improve operations processes – complete work and simultaneously improve the processes and create or update documentation as needed
  • Improve documentation across teams and processes
  • Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as experience and knowledge increases

 What we need

  • 2+ years of related experience in Operations, data setup or technical configuration
  • Strong customer service skills and background
  • Generative AI experience to increase efficiency (e.g. Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude)
  • Experience automation and improving internal processes
  • Experience creating and improving documentation
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate proficiency with SQL

Location

The expected application deadline for this job is April 1, 2026. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events.

Compensation

The overall salary range for this role is $65,200 - $131,905. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.

For candidates residing in:

  • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia:
    • $74,980 - $119,830 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and
    • $82,455 - $131,905 for experience greater than 5 years.
  • All other states:
    • $65,200 - $104,200 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and
    • $71,700 - $114,700 for experience greater than 5 years.

A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
