Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an Operations Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team. This role assists with daily operational tasks, reporting, documentation, and cross-department coordination to help ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The Operations Assistant is an entry-to-early career role ideal for individuals looking to grow within operations or business management.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to operations leadership and teams.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and data entry related to operational activities.
• Support coordination between departments on operational tasks and initiatives.
• Help track project timelines, action items, and deliverables.
• Assist with collecting and organizing operational data and reports.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities as assigned.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, summaries, and internal communications.
• Perform general office and operational support duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by operations leadership.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative, operations, or business support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
