Position Overview

This internship will work closely with our Operations team to support day-to-day business activities, with a primary focus on data entry and record maintenance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student who is eager to learn about business operations, gain practical experience working with data systems, and contribute meaningfully to a growing insurtech company. This will be a paid internship that will report into our downtown Austin, Texas office.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.

• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, flagging discrepancies as needed.

• Assist the Operations team with organizing, cleaning, and structuring data sets.

• Support routine administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

• Help document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members across the company to gather and verify information.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data-handling standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate.

• Coursework or interest in business, operations, finance, analytics, or related fields.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and basic productivity tools.

• Curiosity around testing AI in a business setting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

• Reliable, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Eagerness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
