ANALYST, ANALYTICS & EXPERIMENTATION

What experience should you have:

  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define key questions that inform the structure of reporting, analysis, and/or testing methodologies.
  • Foundational understanding of data storytelling, with the ability to move beyond "what happened" to "why it matters" and “what to do about it”.
  • Proficiency as a business practitioner in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or GA4, with a focus on navigating reports, building segments, and uncovering behavioral trends.

  • Familiarity with the experimentation lifecycle (A/B testing, hypothesis development, and basic statistical interpretation) as a component of a broader optimization strategy is a plus.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Support discovery work to understand client challenges and develop a structured backlog of evidence-based hypotheses for testing and analysis.
  • Assist in designing and executing reporting, analytics, and optimization briefs.
  • Partner closely with engineers to ensure implementation enhancements and experiments are built accurately and quality-checked before launch.
  • Perform analysis to uncover actionable insights and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Present findings to internal and client stakeholders in a clear, business-focused way.

What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:

  • Contribute consistently to the experimentation backlog through research, structured hypothesis development, and KPI alignment.
