Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Application DBA

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: Full-Time

Job Description:

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle technologies as Oracle DBA.

· Work experience in Oracle 11g and above

· Basic knowledge in UNIX and Shell Programming

· Oracle Database 11G and above,

· working experience in Replication tools like RAC, ASM, Goldengate, data gaurd, active data guard

· Ability to work in cross-functional and with multi-location teams

· Ability to take on tasks independently and see them to completion

· Ability to work on a multi tasking environment within a strict timeline.

· Must have good written and communication skills.

· Proficient in problem solving and analytical thinking.

Knowledge on Oracle 12c

· Role requires supporting multiple applications as an Oracle DBA.

· Co-ordinate and colloborate with multiple teams and LoB's on implementing change.

· Job also requires support provided on weekend as per release schedule

· Perform health checks.
