Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead Consultant, you’ll serve as the primary functional expert for designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions. You’ll partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end compensation processes, including salary, bonus, and workforce compensation cycles, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. 

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day

  • Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, including Workforce Compensation, Total Compensation Statements, and Salary Administration;

  • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with HR and business leaders;

  • Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Oracle Cloud configurations;

  • Provide strategic guidance on compensation best practices and system capabilities;

  • Configure Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, including plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet design, modeling, and budgeting;

  • Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and external systems;

  • Lead testing activities, including proof of concept (POC), Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as defect resolution and deployment activities;

  • Develop functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations;

  • Coordinate with technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners;

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks.

Qualifications

Keys to your success

  • Current Oracle Compensation certification;

  • Experience leading 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations, including quarterly patch cycles and regression testing;

  • Hands-on experience with Workforce Compensation, Salary Basis, and Total Compensation Statements, including at least one Redwood Compensation implementation with Visual Builder Studio customization;

  • US Compensation experience, including support for unions and bargaining units;

  • Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes, including merit, bonus, stock, budgeting, complex eligibility rules, fast formulas, and compensation cycles;

  • Self-motivated with strong planning, prioritization, communication, and remote collaboration skills, including the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Extra edge

  • Proficiency in at least one additional Oracle Cloud HCM module.
