GoSaaS is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Architect to join our growing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and EPM practice. This remote-first role will collaborate with our US and offshore sales and implementation teams to design and deliver optimal solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Financials, guiding clients through the entire implementation lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Financials & Supply Chain projects.
- Partner with the Sales Solutioning team to develop and expand the Oracle Cloud Financials sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Lead the development of industry and process solutions for our Oracle Cloud Financials & EPM practice in collaboration with Sales and Leadership teams.
- Enhance the quality of Oracle, industry, and process expertise in client solutions, ensuring best practices and innovation.
- Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture within the practice and across projects.
- Continuously improve our delivery model to maximize client value and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with project leadership to drive successful, on-time and on-budget implementations.
- Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM solutions to optimize business performance.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering professional growth.
- Lead key design sessions and provide oversight for project teams of 10+ members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
- 9+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud Financials & EPM implementations.
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and EPM modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and their integration with Financials.
- Familiarity with best-of-breed Edge financial applications that complement Oracle Cloud Financials (e.g., Tax, EPM, Reconciliation, Revenue Management).
- Strong knowledge of financial and performance management processes.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing both onshore and offshore teams.
