JOB SUMMARY:
A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced consulting professional who manages mid- to large-size client engagements and contributes to the growth of the practice. They help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively. Lead Consultants bring deep technical knowledge — including security, data management, and crisis management — along with strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team, consistently delivering quality work that drives customer satisfaction. This position requires module expertise in Time and Labor and Absence Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align client’s existing business processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs, applying functional expertise in collaboration with the technical consulting team.
- Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery.
- Identify requirement and design gaps and develop solutions to close them; configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements and document application setup.
- Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes and/or systems.
- Manage your module track of the project — including scope, client expectations, risk identification and communication, and test script execution.
- Manage project team members through the project lifecycle, providing coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentation.
- Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design, acting as a visionary leader in the Oracle Cloud space.
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Engineering expected.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5–10 years of Client Services experience or related field, with module-specific experience in Time and Labor and Absence Management.
- 3+ full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with demonstrated understanding of business practice concepts and fundamental system design in your modules of expertise.
- Experience with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, and FastFormula; Redwood implementation and upgrade experience highly preferred.
- Oracle certification in your modules of expertise.
- Proven ability to lead and manage mid-size client projects independently — including planning, estimating, and delivery — and to support sales as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Track record of building long-lasting client relationships, delivering complex solutions, and managing multiple clients with shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively at both business and technical levels.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, and a demonstrated knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and support teams.
