Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Absence, Time & Labor, and Workforce Scheduler Lead Consultant, you'll provide the domain, functional, and technical expertise required to design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions effectively. You'll play a key role in delivering Absence Management, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Workforce Scheduler capabilities within Oracle Cloud HCM.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day
Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Absence, Time & Labor, and Workforce Scheduler functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the full cloud application implementation lifecycle;
Communicate effectively and drive project deliverables across Absence, OTL, and Workforce Scheduler workstreams;
Work with clients on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM solutions;
Guide customers through delivered functionality, advise on best practices, map business processes, document requirements, configure system functionality, and support testing;
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor across Absence, OTL, and scheduling processes;
Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery models and increase project efficiency and value;
Mentor junior associates to support their professional growth and strengthen overall team capability.
Keys to your success
Active Oracle Time & Labor certification;
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead role;
Minimum 5 full-cycle Oracle Cloud OTL/Absence implementations;
Strong knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes;
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
Ability to plan work efforts, manage priorities, and work effectively in a remote environment;
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Extra edge
Experience with OTL/Projects integration in Oracle Cloud;
Experience with Workforce Scheduler;
Experience with Redwood & Oracle delivered AI Agents.
