If you're looking for a role where you'll tackle challenging problems, work with ambitious brands, and help shape the future of organic growth, let's talk.

Learn about the principles that drive how we work and build a company.

About this role

As an Organic Growth Strategist, you own organic growth strategy across a book of 6 to 8 B2B SaaS accounts, from audit through roadmap to execution. You are the person a client's growth and marketing leaders rely on to tell them what to do next and why, across both traditional search and AI search (AEO).

This is a role for someone who thinks in systems. You set each account's AI-visibility baseline, build a prompt set grounded in real buyer language, decide which pages the client needs to own, and keep the site technically healthy so models can find and recommend them. You work closely with Account Management, Editorial, and Digital PR, and you report the full picture to clients rather than hiding behind a single number.
While the position is remote, candidates must be based within the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

What you’ll do
  • Own organic growth strategy (SEO and AEO) across 6 to 8 accounts, from audits and keyword and SERP analysis to roadmaps and experimentation, with light oversight.

  • Set each account's AI-visibility baseline (visibility, share of voice, sentiment) and build a prompt set from voice-of-customer research before setting targets.

  • Map topical authority to the prompt set: decide which pages must exist and what they must cover, and keep the site consistent with how the brand is described across the web.

  • Own technical retrieval health: crawlability, schema, and agent-readiness so bots and models can retrieve and cite the client.

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards, set targets, forecast impact, and report the full metric set to clients.

  • Lead strategy, renewal, and expansion conversations with growth and marketing executives.

  • Collaborate across functions with Account Management, Editorial, and Digital PR, folding Digital PR's prompt-gap feedback back into strategy.

  • Educate clients on AI-search and organic trends, and improve team processes and AI workflows.

Who you are
  • You have 3-4+ years in SEO, organic growth, or content strategy, ideally in an agency or B2B SaaS setting.

  • You are fluent in AI search and AEO: comfortable with AI-visibility tools (Peec, Profound), prompt sets, and retrieval-oriented content strategy.

  • You are a strong analyst. You turn GSC, GA, Ahrefs, and AI-visibility data into decisions, not just dashboards.

  • You are a clear, proactive communicator with executive presence. You can run a client call and defend a recommendation.

  • You are meticulous and detail-oriented, and you catch what others miss (the passcode is AEO2026).

  • You are a self-starter who builds rather than waiting for clean processes to be handed to you.

  • You are not an asshole. We spend a lot of our days engaging with team members and clients. There is no room for assholes. You are friendly, eager to jump in and take ownership, and love to work as a team to be successful.

Why you should work with us
  • Remote flexibility: We are a 100% remote company, so you can work from anywhere.

  • Rapid skill development: You will grow your SEO, AEO, growth strategy, and client-leadership skills faster than you would at a large company.

  • Opportunity for responsibility: We offer ample opportunities to take on more responsibility and make a significant impact.

  • Coaching: We will coach you up toward becoming world-class at your function.

  • Team trips: We take team trips each year to places like Boston, Austin, Costa Rica, and Belgrade to get some time together in person.

How you benefit
  • You’ll learn how to architect, execute, and communicate growth strategies at an executive level.

  • You’ll build programs that leverage SEO, content marketing, conversion optimization, and demand generation to generate business results for multiple fast-growing and often well-known tech companies.

  • You’ll hone your executive presence and communication skills and feel comfortable and confident presenting to and pitching C-suite executives.

  • You can work from anywhere — we’re a 100% remote company.

  • You’ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow the business.

  • You’ll have the option to travel with us to annual team retreats and workshops.

  • We offer competitive benefits:

    • Competitive pay

    • Opportunity for quarterly profit share after one year of employment

    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for US-based

    • 401k with employer match

    • Unlimited PTO

    • Learning and development budget

    • Monthly networking stipend

    • An environment to grow your skills, confidence, and career
