What You’ll Do

As an Organizational Development Manager, you will:

Drive Strategic Alignment & Consultation

  • Partner with HR People Strategists and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and co-create targeted, high-impact development strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating enterprise priorities into scalable learning solutions that improve performance and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and prioritize learning investments based on business impact, workforce needs, and strategic objectives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment, adoption, and continuous feedback loops.

Lead Learning Strategy & AI-Enabled Experience Design

  • Own and evolve the enterprise employee development roadmap, including competency-based learning, leadership development, and career growth experiences.
  • Design and deliver modern, AI-enabled learning journeys that provide personalized, accessible, and just-in-time development opportunities.
  • Leverage tools such as learning platforms, copilots, and adaptive learning technologies to enhance scalability and engagement.
  • Apply best-in-class instructional design principles to create meaningful experiences that drive behavior change and performance outcomes.
  • Develop programs that support leader transitions, strengthen leadership capability, and establish consistent leadership standards.
  • Integrate coaching, feedback mechanisms, and AI-supported development tools to accelerate growth and effectiveness.

Execute Program & Portfolio Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of organizational development initiatives—from strategy through execution and sustainment.
  • Develop clear project plans, timelines, and communications to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Translate COE strategies into business-relevant implementation plans that drive adoption at scale.
  • Manage vendors and external partners to deliver high-impact learning solutions.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate effectiveness through data, feedback, and business outcomes.
  • Use analytics and AI-driven insights to continuously improve experiences and demonstrate ROI.

Who You Are


Minimum Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in learning strategy, program management, or organizational development
  • 4–6 years of experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact
  • Proven ability to design and deliver virtual, hybrid, and digitally enabled learning solutions
  • Strong consulting and diagnostic skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable solutions
  • Experience leveraging digital and AI-enabled learning technologies to enhance employee development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale programs across a complex, matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working within a Center of Excellence (COE) model supporting enterprise talent strategies
  • Certifications in change management (Prosci, Kotter), leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan), or coaching
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
  • Experience designing personalized, learner-centric development journeys

  • Up to 10% travel
