Paid Training & Field Development

New hires receive structured, paid training designed to help them learn the industry, understand Heritage’s sales process, and build confidence in the field.

You’ll work alongside experienced Heritage leaders and team members while developing the skills needed to:

  • Self-generate new business
  • Conduct inspections
  • Understand storm damage
  • Work with homeowners
  • Navigate the insurance restoration process
  • Manage projects from start to finish
  • Deliver a strong customer experience

This is hands-on training built around real-world production, coaching, and field experience.

What You'll Do

This is an active, field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners and manage the customer experience throughout the restoration process.

You will:

  • Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
  • Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing
  • Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage
  • Take photos and document potential damage
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
  • Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
  • Help homeowners navigate their roofing project
  • Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion
  • Build relationships and generate referrals
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements
