How You’ll Make a Difference 

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Briggs in your territory. You’ll build real relationships, solve real problems, and help customers succeed by delivering the right equipment and solutions at the right time. Your work directly fuels our growth, strengthens our reputation, and keeps our customers coming back. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Build and grow strong relationships through face-to-face visits, calls, and virtual meetings 

  • Expand your customer base while meeting sales and profitability goals 

  • Partner closely with the sales team to share leads and deliver standout service 

  • Stay sharp on our products, the market, and what customers need—then act on it 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or distribution 

  • A customer-first mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills 

  • The ability to manage your time, territory, and priorities with confidence 

  • Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
