About Us:
Comfrt is one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands, dedicated to blending mental wellness, inclusivity, and elevated comfort into every piece we create. Our mission goes beyond clothing — we strive to build a community where everyone feels supported and seen.
About the Job:
We're looking for a sharp, analytically driven Paid Search Specialist to own our Google Ads program from keyword strategy to creative testing — and push us into the next generation of AI-native paid media. You'll manage significant US spend, report directly into Growth leadership, and have real autonomy to move fast.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube — at a scale where every optimization decision moves real dollars.
- Manage and optimize high-volume US ad spend ($7+ figures per year) with a relentless focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV efficiency across the full funnel — from acquisition through repeat purchase
- Campaign architecture and governance: keyword strategy, match type management, negative list hygiene, and search term analysis across a large, multi-SKU catalog.
- Bid strategy and budget pacing across campaign types, balancing ROAS efficiency with top-of-funnel volume targets set by the Growth team.
- Structured creative and copy testing in partnership with Brand and Creative — with a clear framework for what we're learning and why it matters.
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting for Growth and executive stakeholders — clear on what's working, what's not, and what's next.
- Hands-on evaluation of AI-native ad surfaces: AI Max for Search, Performance Max signals optimization, Demand Gen placements, and Google's generative creative tooling.
- Feed management and Shopping campaign health across our full product catalog, including Merchant Center troubleshooting and data quality oversight.
- Cross-channel coordination with paid social (Meta/TikTok) and SEO teams to ensure consistent messaging, budget allocation logic, and full-funnel coverage.
- Competitive monitoring and proactive identification of whitespace in the paid search landscape for our category.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years managing Google Ads with direct hands-on ownership (not just reporting)
- Experience managing $7+ figures in annual US Google Ads spend
- Deep fluency across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign types
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center, and Google Ads editor
- Understands how to make data informed decisions based on MTA such as Triple Whale/Northbeam.
- Solid DTC metrics literacy: ROAS, blended CAC, MER, new vs. returning customer split, LTV
- Ability to build and maintain reporting dashboards without hand-holding
- Clear, confident communicator who can distill complexity for non-technical stakeholders
Strong plus:
- Agency background with multi-client DTC or e-commerce portfolio at scale
- Hands-on experience with AI-native formats: AI Max, Demand Gen, PMax asset testing
Who You Are:
- You're comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous situations — you don't wait for perfect data to act.
- You think in systems, not just campaigns — you care about how paid search fits into the full growth engine.
- You're genuinely excited about where AI is taking paid media, not just tolerating it.
- You hold yourself accountable to outcomes, not just outputs — you know the difference between being busy and driving results.
