The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal, Corporate Governance and Support, to join our growing legal team.

This role provides critical administrative and corporate governance support across the company's legal function, including capital markets transactions, financing activities, and general corporate matters. You will help manage board and committee processes, maintain corporate documentation, and support transaction execution logistics.

Working under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, Corporate Legal Counsel, this role will serve as a key operational partner to the legal team and helps ensure efficient coordination of governance and corporate legal activities.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate document signatures, execution logistics, and archival management for corporate and transaction-related documents.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for corporate records, governance materials, and transaction documentation.

  • Prepare and manage Board of Directors and Board committee meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.

  • Assist with due diligence organization and document tracking for capital markets and project financing transactions.

  • Support transaction closing logistics, including document coordination, signature tracking, and post-closing filings.

  • Maintain clear communication and information flow across the legal team on governance and corporate matters.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a paralegal in a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department.

  • Experience supporting corporate governance activities and board or committee processes preferred.

  • Strong experience managing legal documentation, filing systems, and archival records.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to learn and manage legal document management and governance platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
