Partner Implementation Lead


Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Implementation Program Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions through our partner network. The ideal candidate will own the strategy and execution of partner deployment accreditation programs while maintaining high standards for technical enablement and continuing education.


Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Development

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Zoom Partner Deployment Accreditation creation and maintenance, considering product timelines, corporate initiatives, impacts, and risk mitigation
  • Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for technical continuing education programs, working with internal product owners and partner-facing stakeholders to understand enablement priorities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and best practice guides for Accreditation and continuing education programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Partner Solution Engineers, Global Architects, Professional Services Organization, and Partner Programs to scope, outline, create, and launch Deployment Accreditations
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Partner Solution Engineers to define maintenance strategies and identify areas of improvement in existing Deployment Accreditations
  • Partner with Product Owners to identify technical enablement needs and align them to existing programs, tracking progress to ensure timely market delivery
  • Work closely with senior channel and direct sales leadership to understand customer and partner needs, implementing feedback into existing models and building new solutions when needed

Program Management & Execution

  • Maintain high standards for content quality across all accreditation and enablement programs
  • Manage multiple concurrent certification or enablement programs across product lines and global partner ecosystems
  • Monitor and report on program progress, including roadmap status, accreditations achieved, and continuing education completions
  • Drive program outcomes through cross-functional influence, including legal, operations, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders
  • Stay updated on Zoom's product roadmap to ensure programs and implementation notes remain current

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in partner/vendor management, program implementation, or similar roles
  • 5+ years of cloud-based education, training, or enablement experience
  • 5+ years of channel experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (PMP certification is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Proven track record of successful partner program implementations
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What you can expect

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Implementation Program Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in driving successful partnerships and ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions across our partner network.


Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146,000.00

Maximum:

$319,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
