Your role
The Partner Marketing coordinator supports the strategy, development, and execution of partner marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth through strategic channel relationships. This role supports the partner marketing strategy across key North America regional channel partner segments, helping execute go-to-market programs, track performance, and apply best practices across the organization.

This position works closely with channel sales, revenue marketing, partner programs, and external partners to help build scalable co-marketing programs, support partner enablement, and contribute to pipeline growth. It also plays a role in following operational standards and supporting process improvements within the partner marketing function.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing (Head of Partner Marketing).

What you’ll do

  • Support the development and execution of partner marketing programs that drive regional channel growth and revenue impact.
  • Help execute partner co-marketing strategies aligned to business and regional growth priorities across internal-led and partner-led initiatives.
  • Contribute to scalable, repeatable co-marketing frameworks that improve partner activation and pipeline contribution.
  • Support strategic planning sessions with key partners and internal stakeholders, helping align on joint marketing objectives, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Help execute integrated go-to-market campaigns across the partner ecosystem, including partner-led and customer-facing initiatives across regions.
  • Assist with fiscal year and quarterly budget tracking by partner segment to support ROI and business impact.
  • Support marketing-sourced and influenced performance tracking, reporting, and optimization across partner marketing programs, including monitoring KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with sales and regional teams to help execute joint go-to-market plans for strategic accounts and priority partner segments.
  • Work with the Partner Programs team to support partner-facing enablement programs that improve marketing execution and sales readiness.
  • Help maintain standards for partner content development, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and product positioning.
  • Support regular business reviews with stakeholders, helping assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to support strong execution and team capability.
  • Help operationalize strategy from Partner Marketing leadership by supporting communication across stakeholders and refining execution to support pipeline impact.
  • Assist in evaluating tools, systems, and workflows to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational rigor.

Skills you’ll bring 

  • 1 years of partner marketing or related channel marketing experience; experience in a comparable partner model is a plus given the nuances of partner engagement.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional partner GTM programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue through channel partners.
  • Familiarity with partner pipeline growth strategies, including marketing to and through partners across co-sell and co-marketing motions.
  • Experience supporting partner demand generation programs, including partner seller incentives, in-person events, webinars, sponsorship coordination, and digital activation.
  • Exposure to MDF strategy, allocation, and tracking to support partner performance and effective use of investments.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and supporting data-informed improvements to partner programs.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools, including campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving partner environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to support multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, channel sales teams, and external partners.
  • Experience or interest in working across distributed partner ecosystems and global teams.
  • Telecommunications, collaboration, or UCaaS partner ecosystem experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous learning and supporting strong partner-led pipeline outcomes.
