About Arize

AI is rapidly transforming the world. As generative AI reshapes industries, teams need powerful ways to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize their AI systems. That’s where we come in. Arize AI is the leading AI & Agent Engineering observability and evaluation platform, empowering AI engineers to ship high-performing, reliable agents and applications. From first prototype to production scale, Arize AX unifies build, test, and run in a single workspace—so teams can ship faster with confidence.

We’re a Series C company backed by top-tier investors, with over $135M in funding and a rapidly growing customer base of 150+ leading enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. Customers like Booking.com, Uber, Siemens, and PepsiCo leverage Arize to deliver AI that works.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Partner Product & Solutions Lead to serve as the technical face of Arize across our hyperscaler and technology partnerships — and to architect the joint solutions, integrations, and content that turn those partnerships into real customer outcomes. This is a high-leverage role in our partnerships org and you'll set the bar for how Arize shows up in the AI ecosystem.

This is part relationship manager, part product strategist, part DevRel leader. You'll build deep relationships with product and solutions leaders at AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, NVIDIA, Anthropic, CrewAI, Vercel and the next wave of category-defining AI companies. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Arize Product and Engineering to ship integrations that unlock new product-led growth motions. And you'll be the public voice of those joint solutions - on stage at re:Invent and Google NEXT, in cookbooks and blog posts, and in the rooms where partner field teams decide which vendor to recommend.

What You’ll Do

Be the technical face of Arize partnerships

  • Serve as field CTO and public advocate for our hyperscaler and ISV partnerships - the person product, solutions, and field leaders at our partners call when they need a thought partner on AI observability, evals, and the agentic stack.
  • Develop trusted, multi-threaded relationships with product and solutions leadership at AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, NVIDIA, CrewAI, Zapier, and emerging ecosystem partners.

Drive the joint product and integration roadmap

  • Define Arize's integration roadmap with the leaders of the AI ecosystem — agent frameworks, model platforms, data platforms, and orchestration layers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Arize Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship integrations that create unique product-led growth opportunities
  • Partner with our Solutions Architecture team to deliver reference architectures, "better together" designs, and production-ready joint deployments.

Create the content that makes "better together" real

  • Author cookbooks, sample repos, blogs, technical videos, and podcasts that demonstrate end-to-end customer outcomes using Arize alongside partner products.
  • Drive partner-hosted content and develop sharp, opinionated points of view on how customers should architect agentic and LLM systems using the joint solution stack, and translate those POVs into clear use cases and measurable outcomes.

Enable and activate partner field teams

  • Train partner SAs, sellers, and CSEs on how to position Arize and recommend it inside customer engagements.
  • Run technical workshops, deep-dive enablement sessions, and joint POCs that turn awareness into active co-sell motion.

Drive measurable ecosystem revenue and awareness

  • Source and accelerate co-sell pipeline through hyperscaler marketplace listings, partner-led POCs, and joint customer engagements.
  • Deliver unique presence at flagship partner events, cultivating brand and partner awareness
Who You Are
  • 5+ years in technical, customer-, or partner-facing roles — Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, DevRel Lead, Principal Architect, or Field CTO. Experience leading partner-facing technical work at a high-growth AI or infrastructure company is strongly preferred.
  • Deep technical fluency in modern AI: LLMs, RAG, agents, evals, observability, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AgentCore, CrewAI, ADK, Azure Foundry, etc.) — plus the production stack required to run them at scale.
  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience building and deploying on at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure). You can write the cookbook, not just commission it.
  • Proven partnership operator: track record of building 1:1 relationships with product and solutions leaders at large strategic partners — and turning those relationships into shipped integrations, joint marketing moments, and co-sell revenue.
  • Excellent communicator and natural public advocate: you're comfortable on stage at re:Invent or GTC, on a podcast, on a customer architecture review, and in a Slack DM with a partner PM.
  • Cross-functional operator who thrives in ambiguity — comfortable navigating between Arize Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and DevRel to land joint solutions.
  • Startup DNA: bias to action, willing to build and experiment with AI first, comfortable building from zero, motivated by ownership of measurable outcomes.
Bonus Points
  • Prior experience as a Principal SA, or DevRel lead at an AI/ML infrastructure or developer tools company.
  • Existing relationships with hyperscaler partner organizations (AWS, GCP, Azure) and major AI ISVs (Databricks, NVIDIA, etc.).
  • Experience with marketplace co-sell motions and hyperscaler partner programs (AWS APN, Google Cloud Partner Advantage, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program).
  • Hands-on experience with Arize, Phoenix, or comparable AI observability and evals tooling.
  • Open source contributions, especially in the AI tooling, observability, or agent framework ecosystem. Experience with OpenTelemetry is a big plus.
  • Experience taking generative AI or agent-based systems from prototype to production.

The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $150,000 - $220,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.

While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person. For all other employees, there is a WFH monthly stipend to pay for co-working spaces.
