About the Role
CaptivateIQ is looking for a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to own the delivery quality and strategic health of our implementation and services partners. You will act as the primary bridge between our external partners and internal teams, ensuring every partner-led engagement meets our rigorous standards for scalability and technical excellence.
You will serve as a technical advisor, a project manager, and a strategic consultant, ensuring partners deliver audit-ready commission solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
- Portfolio Leadership: Own a portfolio of SI and consulting partners, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery success and conducting regular business reviews to drive performance.
- Technical Advisory: Act as the lead architectural advisor for partners on data modeling, incentive compensation logic, and financial reporting to ensure designs are scalable.
- Quality Governance: Enforce the CaptivateIQ Standard of Excellence by reviewing complex partner designs and utilizing Solution Check Points to ensure high-quality go-lives.
- Strategic Orchestration: Coordinate between partners and internal Solution Architects, Product, and Integrations teams to resolve technical hurdles and drive complex engagements.
- Escalation & Resolution: Serve as the lead escalation point for partner-led implementations, triaging technical issues and balancing customer expectations with CIQ compliance standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback and systemic issues from the field to influence product and enablement roadmaps while documenting scalable co-delivery playbooks.
- Performance Analytics: Define and maintain partner scorecards - tracking delivery quality, CSAT, and risk signals - to integrate partner success into the broader organizational strategy.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in SaaS across Partner Success, Solution Architecture, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project Leadership, specifically within Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions) or high-complexity SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead structured discovery, read and challenge complex solution designs, and translate business requirements into system constraints and behavior.
- Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives with Sales, CS, PS, Product, and Marketing; comfortable owning programs end-to-end.
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead executive-level conversations and detailed working sessions with partner consultants.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to create structure, frameworks, and documentation.
