About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role

Partnerships are one of Solace's most powerful growth and credibility levers — and this role is the engine that makes them work. As Partnership Marketing Manager, you'll own the co-marketing strategy and execution for Solace's growing portfolio of partners once deals are closed. You'll build the processes, playbooks, and relationships that turn signed agreements into real patient impact and measurable business outcomes.

This role will report to the Director of Brand, and you'll work at the intersection of brand, growth, and partnerships — collaborating closely with the partnerships team, creative, and performance marketing to bring each collaboration to life.

What You’ll Do

Solace’s partner portfolio spans platform & infrastructure partners, marketplaces, care-adjacent companies, and national associations. Some partnerships drive patient acquisition as distribution engines, while others focus on brand credibility. This role tailors activation and measurement accordingly. You will lead:

Co-Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage co-marketing plans for each active partner, tailored to whether the partnership drives patient acquisition or brand reputation

  • Build scalable processes and playbooks that enable consistent, high-quality partner activations across a diverse portfolio

  • Own the partner marketing calendar, ensuring activations are well-resourced, on-brand, and launched on time across the appropriate channels

  • Translate partnership goals into creative briefs and execute in collaboration with the creative team

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for active partners post-close

  • Build strong working relationships with partner marketing counterparts to align on goals, timelines, and joint KPIs

  • Run regular partner check-ins, performance reviews, and planning cycles to keep relationships healthy and activations moving

  • Identify opportunities to deepen or expand existing partnerships through new marketing initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the partnerships team to understand deal terms, partner goals, and growth targets before activations begin

  • Partner with the performance marketing team and PR agency to develop paid and co-branded acquisition campaigns for traffic-driving partners

  • Collaborate with creative to ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, compliant, and tailored to the right audience

  • Coordinate with legal and compliance as needed for HIPAA-compliant co-marketing materials

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define success metrics for each partnership type, including CPA targets and volume pacing for acquisition partners and brand impact metrics for credibility partnerships.

  • Track and report on partnership marketing performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Continuously refine co-marketing playbooks based on what's working across the portfolio

Who You Are
  • 4–6 years blend of experience in partnership marketing, co-marketing, performance marketing, and/or account management on the agency side

  • Proven ability to build and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously

  • Strong project management skills — you can run a complex partner calendar without dropping balls

  • Experience developing and evaluating co-marketing campaigns across a mix of digital channels (email, paid, social, content)

  • Exceptional written communication skills; comfort writing briefs, partner-facing decks, and campaign recaps

  • High emotional intelligence — you know how to build trust with external partners and internal stakeholders alike

  • Consumer marketing experience required, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in healthcare or a mission-driven company preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA or regulated industries is a strong plus

What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., product, creative, analytics)

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience evaluating campaigns and making optimization recommendations.

  • A bias for action — you move fast, make sound decisions, and thrive under tight timelines.

This is a fully remote position, but Bay Area preferred. Applicants must be based in the United States.
