The Partnerships Manager will execute Haast's US partnership strategy, managing relationships with tech giants and driving revenue through co-selling and collaborations.

If you've built real co-sell motion with the likes of AWS or Google Cloud, not just a partner agreement on paper, but pipeline and closed revenue you can point to, this is your next challenge.

Haast is one of the first enterprise-grade AI platforms for compliance and legal teams, already trusted by major regulated enterprises, VC-backed, and expanding fast in the US.

We're looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to execute our US hyperscaler partnership strategy, driving adoption and integration with Google, AWS, and key ecosystem partners. This is an individual contributor role where you'll own pipeline generation and revenue attribution through your partnerships.

About Haast

We've transformed compliance from a painful checkbox exercise into an intelligent, automated workflow, cutting review times by 80% and boosting productivity 4x.

Think Canva for design. Atlassian for projects. Haast for compliance.

With a $12M Series A behind us, led by Peak XV Partners with backing from DST Global and Airtree, we're focused on what's next: global expansion.

What You'll Own

Partnership execution and growth — from strategy through to revenue delivery.

  • Own the partnership roadmap: build joint go-to-market plans, negotiate co-sell agreements, and drive integration and visibility

  • Execute co-selling with hyperscaler sales teams to bring Haast into enterprise deals alongside major tech players

  • Build enablement materials, technical integration guides, and joint value propositions that make it easy for hyperscaler partners to sell Haast

  • Support channel partnerships with selected GSIs and agencies where hyperscaler relationships open doors

  • Manage ongoing partner relationships: quarterly business reviews, deal registration, deal escalation, and expansion planning

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner deals land, expand, and become net-new revenue

Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in hyperscaler alliances, strategic partnerships, or enterprise business development within SaaS — direct AWS, GCP, or Microsoft partner org experience is essential

  • A real network with Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, or similar ecosystem partners; people you can actually call and move the needle with

  • Evidence of partnership pipeline generated and revenue closed through partners (bring the numbers)

  • Experience navigating commercial partnership agreements, including co-sell terms, co-marketing, and integration commitments

  • Familiarity with regulated markets (financial services, insurance, telco, healthcare) where compliance is mission-critical

Why Join Haast
  • Real impact, day one. Hyperscaler partnerships are a defining growth lever for Haast, not a nice-to-have. Your partnerships directly shape enterprise adoption.

  • Meaningful equity upside. We share our success with the people who build it.

  • Exceptional learning velocity. Learn more in 12 months than most roles offer in three years.

  • Founder access and real ownership. You'll work directly with our founding team and have genuine influence over how we win partnerships.

  • Competitive compensation. $170–180k USD base salary + solid commission plan with strong earning potential.

  • Flexibility. 401k, health insurance, generous PTO, fully remote/flexible working across the US.

  • Mission-driven culture. Help global enterprises move from error-prone reviews to intelligent, AI-powered compliance workflows.

How to Apply

Send us two things:

  1. Your CV (we want to see the numbers behind your partnerships work)

  2. A short note on a hyperscaler or major strategic partnership you've built that drove significant growth

Applications reviewed on an ongoing basis. No closing date.

At Haast, we believe bold ideas come from diverse perspectives. Even if you don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.
