About Pixery

Pixery is a global tech company building innovative apps for next-generation mobile creatives. Our video apps reach more than 100 million users worldwide and are consistently top-ranked and featured by Apple and Google.

Pixery was ranked 4th among the fastest-growing tech companies in Turkey and among the fastest-growing tech companies in the EMEA region by Deloitte.

We are building a culture grounded in hard work and humility. We value transparency, shared ownership, and open communication. At Pixery, people are encouraged to demonstrate originality, courage, curiosity, and inclusion, and every voice is heard.

The Role

We are looking for a Payments & Compliance Manager to own and coordinate Pixery’s global payments ecosystem.

This role focuses on managing relationships, coordinating partners, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance, rather than building payment infrastructure. You will work closely with Merchant of Record (MoR) providers, PSPs, payment orchestrators, and alternative payment method partners, ensuring smooth operations as Pixery scales internationally.

You will act as the central point of ownership between external partners and internal teams.

What you’ll do

Payments & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with MoR providers, PSPs, payment orchestrators, and local payment partners
  • Coordinate integrations, rollouts, migrations, and new market launches
  • Serve as Pixery’s main contact point for external payment partners

Commercial Coordination & Negotiation

  • Coordinate and support negotiations on fees, commissions, reserves, and contract terms
  • Ensure Pixery’s commercial interests are well represented as volumes and regions expand

Performance & Issue Management

  • Track high-level payment performance metrics such as approvals, declines, disputes, and payout timelines
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Compliance Coordination

  • Act as the internal owner for payments-related compliance topics
  • Coordinate AML, KYC, 3DS, PSD2, and regulatory requirements with MoR and PSP partners
  • Work closely with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance without slowing growth
What we’re looking for
  • Experience working with payment providers, PSPs, MoRs, fintechs, or similar partners
  • Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership
  • Interest in payments and compliance without needing deep technical expertise
  • Excellent command of English
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys serving as a bridge between business, partners, and internal teams.
What it’s like to work at Pixery
  • Be part of a passionate, driven team where ideas are valued, and experimentation is encouraged.
  • Work on products used by millions of people around the world
  • Operate at the intersection of technology, creativity, and global scale
  • Make a real impact in the mobile video creativity market

We believe building great products takes a great team. If you’re excited about technology, ownership, and making a meaningful impact in a global app company, we’d love to hear from you.
