Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the full payroll process for your assigned clients, start to finish, accurately and on time.
  • Work as an advanced user of ADP Workforce Now and/or Rippling, and of our custom Salesforce CRM.
  • Process the full range of payroll administration tasks efficiently and with fine attention to detail.
  • Earn client survey scores of 9 or higher by delivering dependable, high-quality service.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with your client contacts and colleagues.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with multi-client payroll and payroll technology, and comfort managing many clients at once.
  • Someone who enjoys working with numbers and keeps a cool head under deadline pressure.
  • A commitment to quality work and a strong drive to excel in everything you do.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
