Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the outstanding opportunity to drive world-class initiatives that are pivotal to Micron's manufacturing excellence. You'll be responsible for leading critical programs, developing governance frameworks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious goals.
Frontline Stability Initiative (FSI)
  • Lead the rollout and maintenance of Frontline Stability Program initiatives across HBM and Non-HBM manufacturing lines.
  • Manage governance frameworks such as Frontline Equipment Auto Trigger (FEAT), Equipment Function Matching (EFM), and Change Event Standardization and Governance (CESG).
  • Establish operational benchmarks and monitoring mechanisms to improve manufacturing stability, equipment health, and quality performance.
  • Work alongside Site Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing departments to secure timely closure of issues and alignment with governance standards.

Frontline Equipment Automatic Activation (FEAT)
  • Define and deploy machine auto-trigger strategies based on equipment alarms, FDC, SPC, hotspot detection, and Sub-Lot Soft Bin Limits (SBL).
  • Develop and implement FEAT dashboards and real-time monitoring solutions with AI Assistant.
  • Apply Artificial Intelligence to analyze chronic equipment triggers and lead cross-functional teams in root cause identification and corrective action implementation.
  • Develop governance processes to ensure rapid containment, recovery, and handling of blocking issues related to quality-sensitive equipment events.
  • Apply data analytics to boost manufacturing performance, yield, utilization, and excursion prevention.

AT Product Diversification: 5M1E Copy Exact
  • Lead site-to-site product transfer readiness assessments using the 5M1E methodology: Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Environment.
  • Perform detailed gap assessments between sending and receiving sites.
  • Facilitate on-site validation activities and benchmarking reviews with global subject-matter experts.
  • Govern Copy Exact alignment and deviation management for product transfers and greenfield deployments.
  • Drive transfer risk assessments, mitigation plans, readiness reviews, and final sign-offs.
  • Monitor post-transfer benchmarks to ensure product quality and manufacturing performance are sustained.

Governance and Program Management
  • Develop and maintain governance dashboards, benchmark scorecards, and executive status reports.
  • Lead cross-functional governance reviews and facilitate issue resolution across global sites.
  • Establish standardized workflows, procedures, and best-known methods (BKMs).
  • Support strategic roadmap development for manufacturing governance transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects passionate about operational excellence, quality prevention, and manufacturing standardization.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing, PDE, quality, equipment, or process engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of Assembly & Test manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing transfer, qualification, validation, or Copy Exact methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills using manufacturing data.
  • Proven track record to lead cross-functional and global initiatives.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HBM, DRAM, SSD, Module, or backend semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Equipment Engineering, SPC, FDC, yield analysis, quality systems, OCAP, equipment matching, and change governance.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, ORION, or similar analytics and workflow platforms.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for project management, reporting, and status updates.
  • Familiarity with 5M1E, FMEA, risk assessment, and Manufacturing Excellence frameworks.
