The Role:


You will play a pivotal role in aligning People and Culture strategies with business objectives and driving a positive employee experience across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to the growth and development of a global tech company. 

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, offering guidance on practices, policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.

  • Partner with People Business Partners on initiatives related to organizational change, ensuring seamless transitions and employee engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess metrics, provide recommendations, and support decision-making processes.
  • Drive people processes to ensure that employee performance levels and capabilities meet current and future standards.
  • Stay updated on local and global employment laws and regulations, ensuring People and Culture practices are compliant.
  • Champion a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization, fostering an environment where differences are celebrated and valued.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Proven HR Manager experience in global tech or fast-paced industries, with international exposure.
  • In-depth understanding of People and Culture best practices, talent management, and employment laws.
  • Rapid learner with accountability, ownership, and follow-through who embraces new challenges and learns quickly.
  • Creative problem solver who fosters innovation and diverse thinking.
  • Effective communicator, skilled in adapting messages to various audiences, providing timely updates, and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Excellent workplace interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and relationship-building across all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English with strong bridge-building and analytical capabilities.
