The People Experience Coordinator owns the end-to-end pre-boarding and offboarding experience for all Commerce employees and contractors. This role ensures operational excellence across People processes, serves as a trusted first point of contact for employees, and drives continuous improvement through audits, documentation, and systems management.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and manage the full-cycle onboarding and offboarding process for all employees and contractors

  • Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, and offboarding processes

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and new hire inquiries related to People Operations

  • Manage Workday transactions including promotions, job title changes, and salary updates

  • Prepare and distribute employment documentation, including variation letters and employment verification letters

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee data, compensation information, and organizational changes

  • Maintain and triage the People Operations inbox and Workday Help cases

  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of People Operations tasks and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies

  • Own and maintain People Operations templates (offer letters, agreements, email templates, etc.)

  • Create, update, and maintain Workday Help content, including SOPs, guides, policies, and FAQs

  • Partner cross-functionally to support special projects and process improvements

Who You Are:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning programs from start to finish

  • Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity with sound judgment

  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple competing projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity

  • Comfort with adopting and using emerging tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, in a responsible and compliant manner to support process improvement and operational efficiency

  • 2-5 years of related professional experience

  • Direct experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on complex or sensitive matters

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

(Pay Transparency Range: $18 p/h-$ 30.75 p/h)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
