Responsibilities:
- Respond to and work to resolve all first line People queries, providing superb customer service through the live chat and cases
- Triage and direct non-routine or complex queries to the appropriate team members within the Arm People Group for input, collaboration, research and ultimately - resolution
- Support People Team with improvements to People Hub content and processes based on data analysis and feedback from internal customers
- Support new joiners through their onboarding process into Arm
- Processing changes within Success Factors, our HRIS - such as lateral moves, leave of absence, terminations, data changes or corrections
- Ensure data integrity for all employee and company records through a well-maintained and well-organized process
- Champion and support the strategic execution and achievement of all local, regional, and global People Enablement goals, priorities, and objectives
Required Skills and Experience :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and a strong customer service mind set
- Strong global perspective working across multiple geographies, time zones, cultures and business groups
- Excellent attention to detail while guiding of tasks through to completion
- Proactive approach delivering results must be a self-starter with learning agility
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization and planning skills
- Confident to make suggestions that will enhance processes and promote partnership and teamwork
- Solid grasp of data compliance and confidentiality including GDPR and HIPPA regulations
