People Operations at LogicMonitor is on a mission to build a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. The People Ops Coordinator is a critical member of the People Operations team, providing operational support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring a seamless experience for employees, managers, and candidates. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee data in Workday, managing and supporting background checks, supporting HR programs, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-boarding communications, background check support and tracking, new hire communications, and Day 1 readiness.

  • Coordinate off-boarding activities and ensure all required processes are completed accurately and on time.

  • Process employment verification requests for current and former employees.

  • Support employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, manager changes, and organizational updates.

Workday & HR Operations

  • Enter, maintain, and audit employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

  • Process HR transactions, including new hires, and terminations.

  • Conduct routine audits of employee records and HR data to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Maintain employee files and support HR documentation and record retention requirements.

  • Prepare recurring reports and assist with HR audits as needed.

Employee Experience & Programs

  • Assist with onboarding surveys, employee communications, and People Operations initiatives.

  • Monitor and respond to People Operations inquiries, providing timely and high-quality support to employees and managers.

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain HR process documentation, knowledge articles, and internal resources.

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

  • Support additional People Operations projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

  • Support ad-hoc projects across the business where necessary.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset while interacting with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and shifting priorities when needed to accommodate the business needs.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a similar operational role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$53,445$65,415 USD
