And each one of our amazing People members keeps us humble and focused. We’re currently searching for a People Operations Manager, who will be the guru of People, processes and programs .
The People Operations Manager is the key to a high-performance culture that emphasizes our brand mission and point of view, as well as upholds ambitious standards for every team member, sets them up to attain challenging goals and evolves the workforce and Starwood culture through ongoing development and ever-evolving needs of the hotel.
About you...
Passionate about people, workplaces and culture with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
An expert in human resources operations and training, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
