Job Description

Oversees and/or performs highly- advanced consultative services and analytical work in support of CAPPS Steady State.

Provides all end-user facing responsibilities in support of CAPPS Steady State/Production efforts in accordance with CPA established methodologies.

Evaluates business needs, analyzes processes and creates business cases for changes and process improvements.

Analyzes software fits/gaps and determines impact to business processes.

Develops and maintains functional design documents for required system enhancements and reports.

Provides system expertise and functional support throughout the application development and application change processes.

Develops test scenarios and test scripts, executes test scripts and records results using automated test tools.

Validates all system test results.

Participates in Disaster Recovery and Upgrade Testing activities.

Assists with training all designated end-user personnel.

Provides end-user on-site support as assigned by CPA.

Communicates complex concepts clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Works with CAPPS technical and functional resources effectively.

Provides functional expertise for one

or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules, in a highly customized complex environment:

HCM 9.1 or 9.2 Core HR;

HCM 9.1 or 9.2 Position Management;

HCM 9.1 or 9.2 Payroll, including Commitment Accounting;

HCM 9.1 or 9.2 Time and Labor;

HCM 9.1 or 9.2 ESS/MSS

HCM 9.1 or 9.2 Portal

HCM 9.1 JPM

ELM 9.1

HCM 9.1 EL

HCM 9.1 ePerformance 

Qualifications

Eight (8) years of experience in each of the following areas:

process or systems analysis and design work for ERP related systems;

developing functional specifications for large projects;

performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation;

documenting functional designs; and

developing test scenarios and scripts, performing system testing, and documenting results.

Five (5) years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 

Three (3) years of experience in each of the following areas:

conducting presentations, providing instructor led training, or facilitating workshops; and

experience with two (2) or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules:

HCM 9.x Core HR;

HCM 9.x Position Management;

HCM 9.x Payroll, including Commitment Accounting;

HCM 9.x Time and Labor;

HCM 9.x ESS/MSS

HCM 9.x Portal o HCM 9.x JPM o ELM 9.x

HCM 9.x EL

HCM 9.x ePerformance
