The Performance Creative Manager will lead creative strategy and briefing for performance marketing assets for Mint Mobile — across static, audio and video — translating performance insights, audience data, and market trends into a continuous creative testing roadmap across paid media placements such as native ads, paid social, podcast scripts, and UGC content. This role applies the overall marketing and brand strategy and messaging to the creative itself, staying ahead of platform and creative trends to turn them into rapid-response creative opportunities that reflect a strong sense of brand. It partners closely with the in-house creative team, agencies, and content creators, writing briefs and guiding work from concept through internal and legal review. The role also manages delivery of final assets to media teams for deployment and tracks usage rights across all creative. The work impacts organizational effectiveness by ensuring performance marketing creative is on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on time.This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead creative strategy and briefing for static and video assets across native ads, paid social, podcast scripts, and campaign asset delivery
- Build and execute a creative testing roadmap by translating performance insights, audience data, and market trends into hypotheses on hooks, value props, and messaging, staying ahead of platform trends and best practices to turn them into rapid-response creative opportunities
- Write creative briefs and partner with the in-house creative team and agencies to develop and produce assets
- Direct and review UGC ad creative, working directly with creators and the UGC ad agency on briefs and content approval
- Partner with internal stakeholders and legal to review creative assets prior to launch
- Manage delivery of final creative assets to media teams for deployment and track usage rights across all assets
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience, or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Communications, Design or Related Field
- 4+ years of creative strategy and briefing experience across performance marketing channels, including paid social, native advertising, and UGC content production, with strong knowledge of platform best practices for static and video creative.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
