About the role

Salmon products are growing and paid acquisition is one of our primary growth streams. We are actively scaling, testing new channels, and have built a creative pipeline to support the volume.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our User Acquisition team and own results end-to-end. The core of the role is hands-on work with the channels that drive the most volume — launching and optimizing campaigns directly or through partners, working closely with the creative production team, and staying laser-focused on what scales.
Big ambitions, real resources, products that are actually growing — there's a lot to work with.

What you'll do

  • Run paid acquisition for Salmon products across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.

  • Be involved in creative production — generate new concepts, collect creative references in creative backlog.

  • Own paid growth end-to-end — you decide which channels, creatives, and funnels to scale, and you're accountable for the results.

  • Collaborate with creative, product, web/SEO, and analytics teams to land campaigns across streams.

  • Maintain a structured experiment tracking system so learnings compound across channels.

What makes you a strong fit

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services.

  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta as the primary channel, plus experience with other major acquisition platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar).

  • Experience promoting mobile apps, including the web-to-app (W2A) model.

  • Experience of running performance as a continuous test loop: form hypotheses, ship variants, draw conclusions from data.

  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics tools.

  • Reads the acquisition funnel data and spots where things are working or breaking.

  • Hands-on with Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer (or similar platforms).

  • English B2. Familiarity with the Philippine market is a plus.
