Job Title: PGM Marketing Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise New Business

Location: United States

Workplace Type: Remote

Job Summary

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it as our Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise New Business.

Porch Group Media is looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executive to lead new business acquisition across enterprise consumer brands. This role sells integrated solutions spanning data, analytics, creative, and media activation, helping large marketers solve real acquisition and retention challenges with better data and smarter execution.

This is a hunter role at the enterprise level. You will build and run your own pipeline of large consumer brands, lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales motions, and close six-figure and multi-year engagements. You will partner closely with sales and operations leadership to shape compelling new-business narratives and proposals, then convert that work into signed, high-value contracts. We want someone who is energized by big, complex deals, comfortable operating at the executive level, and willing to build the strategy, the narrative, and the relationship, not just work a hand-off.

What You Will Do As A Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise New Business:

  • Pipeline & Relationship Development

  • Own and drive new business acquisition strategy across enterprise consumer brands in the U.S.

  • Build relationships with data and direct marketing decision-makers.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities with large annual data and marketing budgets.

  • Sales Leadership & Proposal Development

  • Lead complex, consultative sales motions involving integrated solutions across data, analytics, creative, and media activation.

  • Partner with sales and operations leads to develop compelling new-business narratives and proposals.

  • Market Presence & GTM Strategy

  • Represent PGM in senior-level client meetings, industry events, and executive forums.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market positioning and enterprise sales strategy.

  • Consistently meet and exceed annual revenue and acquisition targets.

What You Will Bring As A Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise New Business:

  • 8-10+ years in enterprise business development, new business, or sales leadership, ideally at a data provider or direct-to-consumer media agency or service provider.

  • A track record of winning large consumer brand accounts, closing complex six-figure, multi-year engagements, and contributing to formal agency pitch processes for $5M+ accounts.

  • Established relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across major U.S. consumer brands, including retail, insurance, home services, financial services, and related sectors.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing ecosystems (media, creative, commerce, CRM, performance analytics), with effective storytelling and consultative selling skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with an understanding of enterprise marketing procurement and agency review processes.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and working cross-functionally with strategy, delivery, and technical teams.

  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organization and attention to detail.

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing or data intelligence platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and company events.

How We Will Measure Success:

  • Consistent achievement of annual revenue and new-account acquisition targets.

  • A growing, well-qualified pipeline of enterprise opportunities with meaningful contract value.

  • Deals that close on the strength of a compelling, well-told value narrative, not discounting.

  • Expanding footprint and relationships among senior enterprise marketing decision-makers.

The application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from 09/01/2026. Please know this may change based on business and interviewing needs.

At this time, Porch Group does not consider applicants from the following states for remote positions: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, and West Virginia.
