Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
  • Receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training

  • Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings (Affordability, Quality Outcomes, Patient Satisfaction, and Clinician Well-Being)
  • Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice
  • The customized program will be completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary care and this practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month (1-3 hours)
  • Resident Physician Pathways position is offered in conjunction with securing a signed post-residency employment agreement with Atrius Health

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts--open to other areas as well

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
